To remove an item from your shopping cart, please follow these steps:
Step 1 – Click on the “Cart” icon at the top right corner of the webpage.
Step 2 – Slide on the item you want to “Delete” then find the cross (X) icon next to the item name.
Step 3 – Click on the “Cross (X)” icon to delete the product from your shopping cart.
Before you can start shopping, make sure you have registered an account on CircleBazaar. Browse through our categories/sub-categories or use the search bar to find your favorite products.
On the product details page, you can either tap:
“Add to Cart” to place the selected item on your shopping cart or
“Buy Now” to place an order directly.
From product detail page, tap “Buy Now”. If variation is available, choose one and indicate your preferred quantity. Once confirmed, you will be directed to the Shopping Cart. Select the products you want and then click the “Check out” button in the Shopping Cart.
On the “Checkout” page, make sure to:
- Enter your complete “Shipping Address”.
2. Enter the correct “Phone Number”.
3. Choose your desired “Payment Method”.
Tap “Place Order” and you’re all done.
We do our best to get your orders delivered by the date as soon as possible. The orders can take up to 4-5 business days to delivered to you.
Shipping rate is calculated is based on the weight of the products. The total shipping fee charged will be displayed at the checkout page. The shipping charges are always shown separately from the price of the product.

If your order is not yet on its way to you, your order is eligible for cancellation by calling/messaging the customer service representative person to cancel the order.

You should refuse to accept an open package. However, if you do receive any such package which is open, severely damaged or tampered, please get in touch with us immediately.

Unfortunately, your shipping details cannot be changed after your order has been placed.
However, you may cancel the order and re-order with right address.
Unfortunately, Self-Collection of the products is not available. Rest be assured that your order will be delivered to your address, safe & sound!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from CircleBazaar, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Pack your CircleBazaar parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging along with any accessories, manuals, free items, etc. as delivered & send it back to the CircleBazaar Address.
To ensure that your return is accepted and processed smoothly please follow the below steps;
Pack item(s) and include the following:
– Manual/User guide
– Order Invoice
– Complete accessories with freebies.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Also note that, If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
