Shipment Policy


1. When will I receive my order?

Click on the product you want to purchase. Delivery time for every product is mentioned on the top-right side of its page.
To see how long it takes to deliver any product to your city, you can find more information in the “Details” section.
These are estimated time-frames based on working days. If our team foresees a delay in order fulfillment from vendor, you shall be informed accordingly by us.

2. How can I track the status of my order?

  • When the order is shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS with a link and a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

At the time your order is confirmed, you will be communicated an estimated delivery time for your items.

Note: If your order has multiple items, you might receive the items in separate packages.

2. Where do I see exactly how much I will be charged for shipping?

Exact shipping fees for your order will be shown to you during the checkout process, calculated using the “Shipping Weight” of the products you have ordered. The prices displayed on our catalog and on the products are only for the product itself, and do not include any shipping charges (which may be applicable).


1. Reception of the Products

Sealed items or packages cannot be opened unless the payment is made to the Delivery Agent. The Delivery Agent shall not take the item back if the seal has been opened.

If you later find out that there is any issue with the product bought, you can request a return by calling our Customer Service (+92-320-6001514)

Please keep in mind that the item’s condition has to conform to our Return Policy.

2. Security

Orders can only be delivered to a private address (e.g. home or work address). Kindly note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants. If the payment is made with a credit/debit card, the person receiving the order at the delivery address needs to show his or her CNIC to our Delivery Agent.
